"In 2010 Victoria developed and enthusiastically led a six-day pilot training program to prepare participants for entry-level positions in the hospitality industry for the Community College Workforce Alliance, a partnership between John Tyler and J. Sargeant Reynolds Community Colleges in the Metro Richmond, VA, area. She created and delivered training modules on topics such as food service, hospitality, grounds-keeping, front desk, etc. Throughout her training, Victoria emphasized best practices such as attitude, appearance, communication, and body language.
